Ode to my grandmother

My paternal grandmother passed away on Saturday. Even though I hadn't seen her in person in about six years, I felt like I knew her. She had a wicked sense of humor and was very sharp, even up until the end. I wish I had gone up to Braintree to spend more time with her and my grandfather, or that they had decided to make the move down so that I could spend as much time with them as I do my maternal grandparents. At any rate, it's too late now, but I know that I got my sense of humor from her and from my maternal grandfather. We'll miss you Nana.
